Birth Doula Support
As a certified breastfeeding specialist, I’m here to support you on your feeding journey with compassion and care. Whether you prefer virtual sessions or a comforting home visit, we’ll spend an hour together addressing your needs—whether that’s improving latch, learning paced bottle feeding, or, during in-person visits, offering weighted feeds to track your baby’s intake. I’m here to help you feel confident and supported every step of the way. And if you need extra care, I’ll gladly connect you with trusted specialists who can help.

Childbirth Education
I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental care through all pregnancy outcomes — including miscarriage, abortion, and loss. Pregnancy release is a gentle, inclusive term that acknowledges the emotional and physical reality of ending a pregnancy, and honors each person's unique path.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Support is offered virtually or in person (as appropriate), and always grounded in your autonomy and choices.
Pregnancy release support includes:
• Emotional support before, during, and after
• Evidence-based information and options
• Virtual or in-person companionship
• Referrals to trusted clinics and community resources

Please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your lactation support, childbirth education class or doula session. This helps me adjust my schedule and offer the time to others who may need support.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, there may be a fee of 50% of the session cost.
For doula services, if there’s a medical emergency, there is no cancellation fee.
